This episode Lui & Trinity are still under COVID-19 quarantine. However, this time they invite a Major League Baseball legend to join them, Darryl Strawberry. Darryl is in his own self quarantine with his wife Tracy in St. Louis, MO. Both Darryl and Tracy are ordained ministers. Before that tho, they both struggled and survived addiction.
Before becoming a 4 time World Series Champion Darryl survived an abusive addicted father. After baseball he survived addiction, jail, colon cancer twice, and divorce. He knows pain, suffering, depression, fear, anxiety, and most importantly, recovery. There is no doubt that Darryl has faith. He tasted greatness. To the common man, he had it all. But he had to process through his own demons and rely on something much greater than himself. He found his faith in God provide him the strength and confidence to accept the world as it is, know his true purpose, and provided him with the voice to share it with others.
On this show Darryl shares a little of his path and vision. Lui & Trinity do too. So you should feel free to do the same.
